Designing and delivering user-centric experiences for Cloudflare’s application security products, which power and protect over 20% of the entire internet. From global enterprises to individual users, Cloudflare’s reach means that almost anyone who goes online has likely interacted with our services.

Through my Medium essays, I share reflections on design — always grounded in my own journey as a product designer. From hotel booking platforms in Germany to marketing tech in France and developer-focused products at Cloudflare in London, I bring a global perspective shaped by collaborating with teams across Europe, Asia, and the US.

With over 500k+ active users on the platform, I am a designer specialising in the customer data domain. Customer data management is at the core of all experiences at Brevo, where I oversee the entire lifecycle of customer data as we transition from an email marketing platform to becoming a leading CRM suite in Europe. As part of a design team of 25+ members, I collaborate daily with team mates in content, design systems, user experience research (UXR), knowledge management, operations, product management (PMs), customer support, customer success, revenue teams, and multiple tech teams.

In addition to being a product designer for two B2B products, I spearheaded and landed the creation of company's first design system team (designer & developer) as well as established a streamlined approach to user research practice by onboarding teams to User Interviews & Dovetail to ensure consistent and efficient user recruitment for exploratory interviews and usability tests.

I led the design of two products: one for HRS Fortune 500 corporate clients, offering meeting room, work desk, and hotel booking services, and the other a SaaS platform for managing venue offerings in both internal company offices and external providers (hotels/co-working) for both web and mobile.

Working remotely with 2 co-founders, I took on various roles including UI/UX design, content writing, project management, user research, and marketing. I created AUGVIS’ first design system, revamped their website for strategic outreach, and contributed to the development of an AR demonstrator app by conducting a 2 week long workshop with the founders.

I worked as a Junior UX/UI Designer on multitude of design projects for Syneos Health customers such as Novo Nordisk, Botox, Pfizer, Merck and many more. While working under a Lead UX Designer I also got a chance to work on the creation of a video archiving system to increase internal video teams efficiency at organising archived video projects.

Comparative Literature and Culture (CLC) with International Film offered me the opportunity to study global literature as well as to explore philosophy and visual arts, with a particular focus on international film. CLC combined a fascinating breadth of material with a focus on contexts – places, periods, and genres – to explore how key cultural shifts transform how we see, represent, and make sense of our changing world. It has developed me as a culturally-aware, creative and adaptable critical thinker.
