As a current junior at Vanderbilt University, I am passionate about software engineering and mathematics as I thrive at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and mathematical theory. My academic journey has allowed me to explore a wide range of topics, from data structures and formal methods to machine learning and natural language processing. My current focus lies in building intelligent systems and leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models. Through my personal project, I developed a scalable RAG model that integrates Hugging Face Transformers and Pinecone’s vector search capabilities to create a semantic search engine capable of answering complex questions in real time. I am continuously honing my skills in Python, Node.js, React, and large-scale data management tools like MongoDB to push the boundaries of what AI can achieve. What excites me most is working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and harnessing their potential to solve real-world problems. I’ve been experimenting with various LLM frameworks like OpenAI’s GPT-4 API, Hugging Face’s models, and Pinecone to create systems that generate contextually accurate responses, improve human-computer interaction, and perform advanced natural language understanding. Beyond my technical expertise, I am dedicated to fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, whether it's mentoring fellow students as a teaching assistant or driving engineering projects that deliver measurable impact. I'm eager to continue building, learning, and growing in this ever-evolving field, and I look forward to connecting with like-minded professionals and organizations passionate about software engineering, AI, and mathematical applications.
