Report to: North Asia Marketing SVP Responsibility: - Develop event strategy and execution of on-going variety brand image & CRM events in CHINA, including but not limited to Brand Exhibition/ Fashion Show/ Product Launch/ Press Presentation/Special Retail Event & Pop-Up Store / Gala Dinner/ Trunk Show & Cocktail Party; - Develop and execution of new PR and Marketing ideas, customer-driven new initiatives, store/City specific promotion ideas; - Communication cost/budget coordination including event, PR, AD and CRM with financial dept and also corporate; - Support PR & CRM team for 3rd party collaboration; - Monitoring competitors' activity strategies and initiatives; - Vendor management and communication;

— Taking in charge of 50+ counters, 18 facial rooms, 5 airport counters in China; — Responsible for counter&facial room&airport store design, construction for Guerlain in East and South China; — Monitor new launch of skincare, counter standards and execution in all stores; — Support marketing Dept. for internal and external communication of activity; — Implement and control merchandising&maintenance budget and expenses;

Unique designing creativity, full of imagination, good comprehension of customer’s requirement. Quick and calm respond to emergency situation. Own considerable experience in the application of materials and production processes as well. Proficiency of 3DMAX, AUTOCAD PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR and other design software. Participate in several times of planning and design for exhibitions, luxury stores and large exhibition hall and be praised by clients. Mainly serve for overseas clients. Participate in on-site construction management in EXPO exhibition and other exhibition halls projects. My design for New Zealand Tourism Activities was conferred Event Design Award by Kingsmen headquarter .
