PM - Product Manager & Project Manager 1.Prepare hardware behavior and function documents, datasheets, and user manuals (QIG). -Completed multiple hardware developments, such as WiFi series (e.g., Gateway, smoke detectors) and BLE series (e.g., Fingerbot, access sensors, motion detectors). -Collaborate with suppliers to discuss product functions, dimensions, interfaces, LED light color, and appearance design. -Estimate hardware costs and profit margins. -Discuss and resolve development issues to ensure smooth project schedule. 2.APP ODM Development: -Collaborate with clients to discuss required UI & different layers of functionalities and architecture for Android and iOS platforms, offering recommendations. -Estimate APP ODM development costs, man-hour expenses, evaluate margins, provide quotations, and confirm project timelines. -Add new APP features, simplify workflows, enhance user-friendly interfaces, customize UI and branded logos. -Regularly meet with SW and FW engineers to focus on problems and discuss solutions. -Evaluate MP schedules and follow up on progress. -Provide APP SDK trial versions for customer test. 3.IoT Market Research: -Conduct market research to understand market trends and analyze competitive products. 4.Product Certifications: -Coordinate product certifications based on requirements for various countries, such as CE, FCC, VCCI, TELEC, RoHS, NCC, and BSMI. 5.Smart Smoke Detector Development: -Collaborate with Taiwan Fire Protection Foundation (TAF) for product certification, successfully completing multiple validation checkpoints to bring the product to market. 6.Product Design Recommendations: -Provide suggestions for product appearance design, package box printing, and collaborate with graphic designers to make necessary adjustments. 7.Demo House Production: -Discuss Demo House dimensions, structure, and display placement with marketing team, and conduct on-site installation, testing, and maintenance in shopping mall.

1.Oversee the hardware (RJ45 Scanner) and software development planning of the Network Intelligent Cabling System (Development Platform: Windows/SQL Server), schedule project timelines, and hold regular meetings to review hardware and software development status. 2.Hardware Project Development: Develop the intelligent cabling system, including the scanner host and intelligent patch panels. 3.Software Project Development: Plan and define software functionalities and coordinate with engineering departments to track UI and data base developing progress. 4.Create Documentation: Prepare software operating manuals and hardware specification documents. 5.Outsourcing Software Development Team: Identify, contact, and made contract for software development suppliers, build separate developing stage and content, advance payment and schedule. 6.Environmental Detection Sensor System: Conduct marketing research, competitive product analysis, and evaluate suitable product for developing suggestion. 7.IoT Product Research: Conduct market research and competitive product analysis for IoT products. 8.Project Coordination: Hold regular meetings with EE, ME, SW, and FW engineers to discuss project issues, supplement and define missing information, and ensure each project phase follows the planned schedule. 9.Cost Reduction Execution: Analyze cost-saving alternatives for materials to meet the customer’s target price. 10.Certification and Compliance Management: To be a contact with international certification bodies such as ETL, Delta, GHMT, OCC, TIA, and IEEE for consultations, international standards compliance, and proceed purchasing related documents. 11.Domestic and International Sales: Promote intelligent cabling products, Keystone Jack, and other solutions, handling cost, margin calculations, quotations, and fulfilling customer requirements as much as possible. 12.Exhibition Participate and meet customers for more opportunities.

1.Customer Development 2.Customized Services: Confirm customer specifications (PCBA, Cable, and Box Build), proceed cost estimation and provide quotations. 3.Customer Complaint Handling: Communicate and coordinate with QC to resolve customer problems. 4.Lead Customized Development Projects: Collaborate with internal R&D, PM, ME, and EE teams through regular discussions to adjust working hours, evaluate material selection, compare material quotations, inquire about spot market prices and delivery schedules. 5.Cost and Margin Analysis: Confirm material and labor costs, calculate and optimize the margin to ensure each project quotation achieves the suitable profit. 6.Order Management: Handle customer orders and arrange delivery schedules for urgent requests. 7.New Product Development Challenges: Continuously handle the developing new products and provide high-quality customized services.

International Sales: 1.Handle customer orders, coordinate delivery schedules, and manage urgent requests to achieve customer requirements. 2.Provide product quotations, technical support for product features and usage, and assist in product development to increase customer purchase willingness. 3.Participate in domestic and international automotive and motorcycle parts exhibitions periodically and travel abroad to visit clients, strengthening interaction and keep touch with clients for more opportunities.

Act as a communication and coordination bridge between QC and sales, handling customer complaints: 1.Receive customer complaint information from the sales team, conduct preliminary analysis to determine if a solution can be provided to the customer, or escalate to quality assurance for discussion and improvement. 2.Collaborate with QC, R&D, or other departments to improve product quality or operations, effectively resolving customer usage problems. 3.Review quality improvement report, and adjust the content together with QC if necessary before providing it to customers. 4.For international customer complaints, assist in translating QC solutions report from Chinese. 5.Hold weekly meetings with QC to coordinate complaint solutions and provide suitable feedback to customers. 6.Assist in preparing product PPAP, approval documents, IMDS, MSDS, ROHS, and other certification documents for customer needs.

1.Maintain and update weekly and daily schedules every day, assign the suitable numbers of machine operations and workforce to maximize production efficiency. 2.Use MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to predict material preparation needs, calculate OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), reduce material and save costs. 3.Coordinate with purchase department to follow up on-going production materials and delivery deadlines, work with mold maintenance teams to understand mold conditions, ensuring smooth productions to meet delivery deadlines. 4.Calculate monthly production performance, prepare annual production plans, regularly review and improve production processes to maximize production efficiency. 5.Manage safety stock of products to avoid stock shortages, excessive inventory, or stagnation issues.
