Great strategies don’t fail because of poor ideas. They fail because they are never truly executed. That belief has shaped my career. Over the past decade, I have deliberately built experience across engineering, product management, executive leadership, project management and corporate strategy. This journey has given me a unique perspective: I understand how decisions are made in the boardroom and how they are executed on the factory floor. Today, I lead the Corporate Strategy Department at Volkswagen Slovakia, where I help translate long-term strategic priorities into measurable business results. Together with my team, I focus on building governance, driving business performance, accelerating digital transformation and creating management systems that enable strategy to become part of everyday decision-making. Throughout my career, I have never been motivated by maintaining existing processes. I enjoy building new ones. From designing new business processes for Porsche Individualization, introducing governance models and enterprise-wide performance management, to redesigning corporate strategy and implementing digital solutions, I am passionate about creating structures that make organizations more effective, transparent and future-ready. I believe successful transformation is built on three principles: • Clear direction – everyone understands where the organization is heading. • Clear ownership – every priority has an accountable leader. • Clear execution – progress is measured by business outcomes, not activities. I enjoy working in complex environments where strategy, people, technology and business performance intersect. Whether leading transformation initiatives, building governance models or developing high-performing teams, my goal is always the same: to create sustainable value that outlasts the project itself.
