ROOFTOP & GROUND-MOUNTED SOLAR PROJECTS (Vietnam & Philippines) Responsibility: + Perform technical due diligence on design documents for solar PV projects and electrical installations, i.e., review of technical drawings, calculations, system sizing analysis, to ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards. + Prepare contract documentation during the pre-construction stage, work closely with EPC partners on the project implementation, schedule site visits, follow up on construction progress and quality, set up the monitoring system to bring the project online, and perform commissioning acceptance to move projects into operations. + Manage project documentation, including meeting protocols, signed contracts, contract addendums, design changes, executed works, commissioning, and punch list items. + Report project status on a continuous basis to the client, ecoligo management, and other possible stakeholders. + Collaborate continuously with other project management, asset management, and sales teams on technical tasks before, during, and after the implementation for the entire project life cycle. + Identify ad hoc solutions for project-related technical issues that arise during the project lifetime. + Support the excellence team on the improvement of existing processes, tools, and materials, and the development of new processes, tools, and materials. + Evaluate new EPC partners, vendors, and technologies with research and analyses. + Support the sales team in client offers and RFQs (Request for Quotations) for technical topics. + Perform technical site visits during the project lifetime, including joint visits with senior lenders and financial investors.

ROOFTOP SOLAR PROJECTS Responsibility: + Lead project implementation from tendering stage to technical design approval, ensuring alignment with project timelines and stakeholder expectations. + Manage site surveys, perform self-consumption and load analysis to define optimal system capacity, and develop concept designs for client proposals. + Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to optimize EPC costs, enhance proposal competitiveness, and provide technical support in PPA/EPC contract negotiation. + Prepare detailed shop drawings and perform all necessary technical calculations in compliance with relevant standards and regulations. + Work closely with the Construction Department during execution, resolving all technical issues until Commercial Operation Date (COD) and system handover. + Coordinate with relevant departments to handle local permitting processes, including Fire Fighting, Construction, and Environmental Permits for solar system. + Support the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Department in troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and efficiency improvement to meet performance KPIs. + Conduct research and evaluate emerging technologies, such as Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) from partners (e.g., VinES, DuraPower), and assess feasibility for integration with existing solar PV systems. ROOFTOP SOLAR PROJECTS Responsibility: + Conduct site surveys, develop concept designs, and prepare technical proposals to approach new solar projects. + Prepare Basic Design packages and perform all relevant technical calculations to meet investor requirements and secure design approval for construction. + Handle technical clarifications with investors and provide detailed cost breakdown explanations to finalize EPC contract pricing. + Develop shop drawings and coordinate with relevant departments during the construction phase to resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth project progress and alignment with technical and financial targets. + Collaborate with the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Department to monitor system performance when acting as the O&M Contractor, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. + Research and assess emerging technologies, such as Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) from South Korean partner Destin Power, and propose integration solutions tailored to existing load consumption profiles for industrial clients.
