a/ Managing all tasks of the KOVA Prize (the most large-scale CSR event of KOVA Group) • Plan, Estimate budget, do & follow checklist; • Co-ordinate with involved partners; • Follow, instruct and evaluate employee’s performance; • Work directly with the government agencies: Ministry of Science and Technology; Ministry of Education and Training; Vietnam Women’s Union; Top 100 Universities nationwide;… and other agencies, organisations in cities/ provinces. b/ In charge of others CSR activities: • Evaluate sponsorship proposals • Work directly with the NGOs, NPOs,... in Education, Environment,... • Propose CSR strategy closely aligning with corporate business serving for KOVA's stakehoders: The Distributors, The Workers,... c/ Closely Co-operating with Communication Function * External Communication • Manage and Create the content's angles of KOVA, KOVA Prize Social Media Channels: Facebook, Website,.... • Develop communications content for KOVA, KOVA Prize such as articles, corporate profile, corporate brochure, video script, presentation, etc. • Welcome national & international customers coming to KOVA: International Universities, Partners, Media, NGOs, NPOs, Stakeholders,... • Marketing Campaigns * Internal Communication: • Coo-operate with HR Department to build internal campaigns for BOD to close to employees; for all employees to be close to the Corporate Brand for better insights understanding. • Liaise with other departments and centres to collect news for the regular updates on Internal Social Network (Email, Viber group,...). d/ Managing administrative tasks: Legal, operation management,… ACHIEVEMENTS • Successfully supported to organize KOVA Prize Award Ceremony (2016 – 2019) attracting around 600 - 1,000 participants in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh city. • Be awarded by CEO KOVA Trading as The Employee of the Year 2020.

• Managed administrative tasks: implementing new procedures of approval, administrative systems of workload priority via Smartsheet and organisational data management; • Assisted Corporate Affairs Director in specific research such as communication paradigm, communication channels, corporate social responsibility theory,… • In charge of some key tasks of KOVA Prize (the most large-scale annual event of KOVA Group): Build & manage Budgets, Logistics, Co-ordinate with orther department in reporting, payment, taking care of VVIP, journalists,… • Solved secretarial tasks such as answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence, maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, typing, preparing and collating reports, filing, booking travel and accommodation and logging or processing bills or expenses. ACHIEVEMENTS: • Successful organized KOVA's The New Technology Lauching Event in Johor Baruh, Malaysia attracting around 600 participants from Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam; • Successful organized other KOVA's event in Science and Business fields
