Senior sustainability and program leader with 15+ years of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, engineering, and transformation programs across global organizations. I currently lead Data Center Engineering Sustainability at Amazon Web Services, where I manage a global team of sustainability engineers and architects focused on decarbonizing hyperscale data center infrastructure. I have extensive experience operating in ambiguous, large-scale environments, leading global programs with high leadership visibility where priorities evolve and cross-functional alignment is critical. My work focuses on reducing environmental impact across Scope 3 embodied carbon (steel, concrete, copper, aluminum), Scope 1 emissions (refrigerants), and heat reuse initiatives. I focus on reducing environmental impact across: -Scope 3 emissions, particularly embodied carbon in materials such as steel, concrete, copper, and aluminum -Scope 1 emissions, including refrigerants and operational efficiency improvements -Energy and heat systems, including heat reuse and integration opportunities within data center infrastructure I work across global supply chains to scale the adoption of low-carbon materials and technologies, collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to integrate sustainability into infrastructure design, procurement, and delivery at scale. Recent work includes establishing carbon intensity requirements for key materials, driving adoption of low-carbon technologies in real-world projects, and enabling measurable reductions in embodied carbon across AWS infrastructure. Previously, I spent over 9 years at Amadeus IT Group, progressing through roles in business analysis, project management, and program leadership across international environments. I am particularly interested in industrial decarbonization, sustainable infrastructure, and scaling climate impact through a combination of engineering, program management, and cross-functional leadership.
