Ensuring control of invoices for products and services received (transportation, freight and customs) and reporting to relevant departments. • Developing a purchasing process in accordance with quality control procedures and specifications. • Making a detailed cost analysis of the product or service to be purchased and submitting it for approval. • Managing approved supplier selection and commissioning processes. • Conducting cost analyzes on purchased products and services and keeping the process dynamic. • To carry out alternative source and production method studies by receiving competitive offers. • To provide cost advantages in purchases and produce long-term solutions. • Developing effective communication and relationships with the team, organization and suppliers. Responsible for all supply chain operations including conducting price negotiations, choosing suppliers, preparing contracts, opening orders, managing price changes, ensuring material supply, tracking stock levels and shipments, executing the import process for imported materials, controlling supplier invoices, planning supplier payments, transferring all processes to the 1C ERP system. • Monitoring, managing and reporting all operational issues with 1C ERP.
