• Be fully responsible for the development of Bi-Chain Technology's business in Jakarta, initially manage the warehouse operation team, HR, procurement, general affair department and quality control team, report directly to the company's founder or CEO, especially since March 2023, involving warehouse relocation, new warehouse construction, WMS system switching, personnel recruitment, and ensured Idul Fitri preparation, etc., successfully completed the business above； • Job Description: Responsible for the production of B2B and B2C orders of Blue Origin (formerly KKV project) in Jakarta warehouse, ensuring timely delivery of B2B to stores, smooth handover of B2C to third-party delivery, and managed two temporary warehouses and one export warehouse (export to other Southeast Asian countries), and warehouse area is nearly 50,000 square meters, inventory stock qty is more than 18 million, B2B peak of more than 400,000 Pcs per day, B2C peak of more than 20,000 orders per day, and managed more than 500 employees； • Other sellers management: responsible for other sellers’ B2C business in Indonesia (mainly home appliances, 3C products, cosmetics products)； •Translation of WMS system ; • Work performance: 1) Stock accuracy: Under the supervision of auditors KPMG and Lixin, the accuracy of the year￾end inventory results was 99.99%, which was better than the target given by the customer; 2) On-time rate of inbound and outbound: close to 100%; 3) Manpower efficiency: better than the internal control target; 4) Customer complaint rate: B2B and B2C were both lower than 0.001%

Personnel management: In the early stage, I was responsible for the operation and management of self-operated warehouses, focusing on FMCG warehouses. In the later stage, I was fully responsible for the management of KKV project, core team training, and operation staff management； • Operation management: responsible for the production of B2B and B2C orders, ensuring that B2B is delivered to stores on time and B2C is smoothly handed over to third-party delivery； • Process and SLA improvement : Responsible for reviewing the processes of inbound, inventory, outbound, handover, internal transfer and cross-docking and make improvements； • Cross-departmental matters: connect with KKV planning team, e-commerce operation team, domestic team and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations； • KPI and performance management: control of indicators such as inbound, outbound and handover on-time rate, inventory accuracy, damage rate, etc., to achieve smooth fulfillment and exceed the goals set by customers； • Cost and manpower efficiency control: make analysis to improve manpower efficiency and reduce cost； • Data analysis: monitor daily production data, detect and solve abnormal cases immediately, and make correction plan； • Other matters: Responsible for the final business handover between JD.ID KKV business and customers.

Operation management: fully responsible for the warehouse WMS system, receiving and delivering goods and on-site management, ensuring on-time rate of inbound and outbound and the consistency between system and actual qty; • System optimization: optimization of the WMS system and improvement of various inbound and outbound documents to improve work efficiency; • Employee management: training of local core employees, allocation of manpower according to order requirements, and ensuring smooth daily work; • Cross-departmental collaboration: communication with the engineering department, sales management department, hardware wholesale department and customs clearance department to ensure smooth daily business; • Handling of various abnormal and emergency situations.
