Key to the success of this role is being highly proactive with respect to stock management and buying strategies. This ensures that the returns from investments made by the business are maximised at all times. In the senior leadership role since 2002, I have been instrumental in: ✔ Building a strong team whilst developing individual skill sets to ensure key successors within each team. ✔ Implementing core inventory reduction strategies, post-GFC, with the objective of neither eroding margins, nor impacting on the long-term brand perception, within their respective markets.
