Sebastien is CMVD Commercial Operations Director, overseeing sales across all channels, including core hospitals, broad market, retail and online businesses. In his role, he is passionate about building and developing high-performing teams and creating an environment where managers feel empowered to lead with confidence. Prior to this, Sebastien held key leaderships positions as CFO for Servier China and Servier APAC, and later as Commercial BU Director, giving him a unique perspective that blends financial rigor with commercial agility. His leadership style is open and collaborative, with a strong belief that people thrive when given trust and responsibility. Beyond work, Sebastien is a dedicated sport lover and gym enthusiast, and proud father of two boys who inspire him every day.
