I have started & managed my own successful café (La Quercia) with one employee. I was responsible for all the managerial work plus the supply of material & controlled the financial matters. Sold it in September 2011 due to changing careers.

Crafty cooks is a specialized center to give cooking courses as well as dessert courses to housewives, working moms, school students and children. I worked there as an assistant chef, during the courses, or the catering orders, or hosting the birthdays. I was responsible for making reservations, taking orders, and planning for private parties. Have quite experience in the basics of baking, chocolate production, hot & cold desserts, and pastries.

Under the patronage of HRH Princess Rajwa, Sand Cat is where children spend time at the Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts learning print-making, sculpture, arts and crafts, graphic design and more, plus outdoor cooking where children can learn how to make cheese, pickles, jam and more. I was responsible of the Nature's Kitchen. Which is an outdoor Kitchen and I get to prepare a variety of healthy dishes from different organically grown veggies and teach the children the many ways of processing and preserving food.
