• Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels. • Communicate with candidates, conduct initial coordination, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until hiring decision. • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including start date arrangements and completion of required documents. • Create and update employee employment contracts through the Qiwa platform. • Handle employee medical insurance enrollment and updates in coordination with insurance providers. • Maintain accurate employee records and support HR documentation and filing. • Assist with daily HR operations and administrative support as required.
