With over 25 years of experience as a seasoned security engineer, I have spent more than a decade managing security organizations. Currently, I serve as a security executive for a publicly listed service company, overseeing security from the initial design stage to ongoing operations. In the past 5 years, I have also taken on the roles of Security Officer and Chief Risk Officer (CRO) for our Fintech subsidiary. In my CRO capacity, I manage teams responsible for compliance, legal, risk management, AML, anti-fraud, and security. Our company delivers services primarily in Japan and globally, with development teams in Japan, Korea, and other parts of East Asia. The security team in Japan oversees the security of all global operations. I have successfully grown our security organization from 6 to over 100 members, uniting them into a cohesive global team. The organization under my leadership consistently ranks at the top in organizational satisfaction within the company.
