Assisted 13 teams in establishing processes and documentation to track their development progress, enabling on-time project delivery. Facilitated the scoping process, supported the preparation of production timelines, pitch decks, and budget sheets for these teams. Managed the Pixelmill co-working space. Organised networking events and educational seminars. Sourced experienced professionals from around the world to be mentors. I also represented Northern Ireland at various events across the UK and Europe to enhance the local industry's visibility and foster stronger networks.

Part-time Lecturer for Creative Media Practice (Game Development) BTEC

Coordinated Nerve Centre's 2022 Game Development Academy program, a 12-week initiative for 16-19-year-olds. Designed the programme to cover a variety of roles and stages of development, including Animation & VFX Managed 30 mentors and 23 mentees, orchestrating training sessions aimed at fostering game development skills. Successfully adapted the program to an online format. despite the challenges posed by COVID restrictions, achieving record-breaking attendance.

Guest lecturer on Creative Leadership for Belfast School of Art's Game Design (BDes) programme

This role sought to develop innovative and bespoke projects for public, private and third sectors across the UK to deliver world-class solutions for clients, and promote openly licensed technologies, open-source data analytics, infrastructure, web development services. Solutions were developed for clients by applying a range of techniques to gather user research, including conducting interviews and achieving high turn-out rates for workshops and focus groups across the UK. Operationally, my work involved leading all aspects of project and product management, ranging from assessing user and technical requirements as the basis for business goals and project scope, to establishing project planning systems and directing workforce activity at all levels, including consultants and company directors. In collaboration with designers and developers, I oversaw the design of outputs including project road-maps, wireframes, user-flows, and managed processes to build features and conduct user testing. Underpinning this activity was my work to oversee financial resource and budget management, as well as conducting market research and implementing a marketing strategy. I was particularly pleased to have been able to increase services offered by 30%, by maximising skills and improving team morale. I also increased corporate efficiency by enhancing the application of corporate Agile and Scrum methodologies, cutting the cost of sprint meetings by 50% and improving project workflows.
