From HR operations in the automotive industry to bilingual classrooms in Beijing, I bring 8+ years of hands-on, people-focused experience across three countries. I’ve worked in payroll, HR administration, recruitment, and HRBP support, while also designing curriculum, managing classrooms, differentiating instruction, and creating learning resources. I thrive at the intersection of people, processes, and development—combining operational HR expertise with learning & development, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural communication. Based in Germany, I am seeking remote roles in HR, Operations, People Development, or L&D, where I can deliver practical, people-centered solutions that help teams and organizations grow.

I provide English instruction for adults, including conversational and business English, supporting learners in building confidence and effective communication skills. I also design curricula, learning materials, and instructional content, and facilitate workshops or training sessions tailored to learners’ needs. In addition, I offer virtual assistant and organizational support for individuals and organizations, including system management, project coordination, document preparation, and content creation. My work combines teaching, communication, organization, and creativity to help learners and clients achieve practical results efficiently. Elementary ESL Teacher

I started my career at Mercedes-Benz in my hometown as a bursary student, completing vocational training during holidays and transitioning to a full-time role after graduation. Growing up with the company gave me a deep understanding of its culture, processes, and people, and shaped my approach to supporting teams and individuals effectively. During my tenure, the company underwent a restructuring and I adapted seamlessly to new processes and responsibilities. I gained extensive experience in HR recruitment, payroll, and business partnering, including assisting students and graduate trainees with administration related to pay, working hours, and HR queries, serving as their first point of contact for administrative support. In recruitment, I contributed to candidate shortlisting, assessments, and graduate/student program coordination. As part of the company’s digitalization initiative, I was part of a project team which contributed to the design and implementation of a SharePoint-based rewards and recognition tool. I lead a project which managed updates to the HR services digital screen, and also steered a project to digitize employee paper files onto an electronic server, improving efficiency and access to HR information. Skilled in HR systems, project leadership, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration, I combine operational expertise with a passion for helping teams and individuals succeed. Although my time at Mercedes-Benz ended, the experience shaped me into the professional I am today and helped me find my purpose in supporting learning, growth, and development — a purpose I continue to carry into teaching, curriculum design, and organizational support.
