As a License and Reseller Account Manager, I liaise with resellers on six continents and senior management to engage with global customers. I facilitate daily sales management, report licensing, software usage/distribution monitoring, and end-user compliance. Moreover, I assist the internal sales team members and supervise the training of employees in improving work efficiency from the onboarding process, as well as collaborate with departments to transition customer relations from the CRM database to a standardized web-based portal system. Furthermore, I observe regulatory compliance in sharing customer information, accounting/invoicing, and fiscal wire transfers. Lastly, I develop custom license agreements with international partners and senior management while monitoring the fluctuating markets.

As a Sales Assistant, I allocated incoming leads and prospects to the correct distribution channel for revolving communication with potential clients. I analyzed financial statements/reports and dashboard recaps based on comparable product percentages and penetration rates. Moreover, I effectively collaborated with the senior management on multiple sales functions, including licensing customers, increasing web-based evaluation downloads or sales, and identifying pain points or areas of improvement according to customer feedback. Aside from these, I also organized license files for sales account managers, including developer and deployment licenses, allowing the customer to develop solutions through JavaScript, server, desktop, and OEM server activations.

As a Field Organizer, I cultivated partnerships with CADC organizers that facilitated and supervised voting polls and precincts during political events. I achieved over 1M+ submitted absentee ballots requested out of 7M+ North Carolina registered voters. Moreover, I conducted cold calls directly to North Carolina state to spearhead voter registration, participation, and safety during the pandemic.
