Lee Wilkerson

Founder and CEO behind Space Campers, Lee Wilkerson is a mechanical engineer with over ten years of experience in tooling and product development, specializing in lean manufacturing. He began his career in the startup world before later working under the mentorship of Andries Breedt to build custom tools from concept to finish for the medical, industrial, aerospace, and agricultural industries. As a shop manager, Lee has experience programming and operating CNCs, lathes, waterjets, press tools, and molds. After moving to California, he began working in tooling and manufacturing to develop medical devices and components that required high precision and organization. He then joined Mike and Jake to build the brewery Whalebird Kombucha from the ground up. With a career built on creating solutions, Lee has the engineering experience and unique capabilities to build an exceptional camper for the Cybertruck through his latest venture, Space Campers.
