Responsible for entire facility maintenance operation for 1,100 public housing units including commercial high rise buildings. Responsible for direct oversight of 30 administrative and diverse craft personnel, training, recruiting, discipline and personal development. Responsible for multi million dollar budgets and large fleet of vehicles and equipment. Responsible for all sub contractors, drafting agreements, negotiating and obtaining RFP / RFQ process. Worked directly with Senior staff in development of capital projects and large renovations. Prepared annual plant assessments and long range 20+ year physical needs assessments and budgeting projections. Developed preventative maintenance program and departmental SOP's including technical documentation for governmental oversight requirements. Reported to Department of Housing and Urban Development with the federal government. Consistently ranked as a HUD"High Performer" placing ourteam and portfolio of properties in the top 1% of HUD maaged entities.

Responsible to create and grow a HVAC DDC controls / security service division for an established installation company. Worked with the operations team to take service business from $0 to $5,000,000 operation within 2 year period. Responsible to recruit and manage front line Technicians. Responsible for entire service process from targeting, sales phase to service delivery plan, execution and AR collections. Developed all service department SOP documents and implemented policies. Responsible for safety and governmental compliance record keeping and database management. Also Project Managed key government customer accounts at Ft. Detrick MD (USAMRIID) and US Customs ATC in Harpers Ferry WV. Managed plan and spec new construction and large retrofits at both locations. Led project management team through comprehensive renovation of BSL 3 and BSL 4 lab suite. Renovation included a comprehensive and exhaustive third party commissioning process. Lab was the only project of it's kind at USAMRIID to pass CDC review and testing on the first attempt.
