* Multifamily Agency Financing. * Responsible to assure all Title and Survey matters are acceptable to PNC Bank and confirm compliance with all agency lending requirements prior to loan closing. * Conduct title and survey reviews, prepare title review summaries, prepare survey review summaries, coordinate with title and escrow companies regarding closing and title policy issues; for Multifamily properties in all States. * Maintain contact with various Title Insurance companies. * Obtain and confirm legal descriptions, tax parcel numbers, recorded Exceptions and ownership. * Review Title Reports, including examination of legal descriptions and analysis of title exception documents. * Review property surveys to verify legal descriptions, locate easements, determine if there are any encroachments and confirm survey certification meets Lender requirements.

Commercial Real Estate - Permanent Loans and Loan Modifications: Responsible for issuing Loan Commitments, preparing loan documents, review of Borrower entity organizational documents, and coordinate closing of the loan. * Commercial Title Officer: * Evaluate which documents need to be reviewed to determine the insurability of the property and the insured parties of a transaction. * Create and revise title commitment as necessary. * Verify that title insurance rates and coverage provided on the title commitment are given in accordance with instructions received by the insured parties of the transaction and in accordance with our office and underwriting guidelines. * Communicate with office staff and clients regarding issues with requested title insurance coverage or defects that may impact the closing of a transaction.
