Through personalized coaching sessions, I provide support, accountability, and encouragement to help clients navigate life's challenges, define their aspirations, and unlock their full potential. Whether it's career transitions, personal growth, or relationship dynamics, I offer practical strategies and insights to facilitate transformative change.

Designed and enhanced cooperative, community building programs and student engagement experiences for 2,400+ individuals each year. *Advised leaders, developed and facilitated leadership development training. *Launched and scaled a for-credit career exploration class to explore various career options through visits to Fortune 500 companies and high-profile companies like LinkedIn, Oracle, Disney, Google, and Netflix in New York City, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. *Developed, implemented and led short-term international academic exchanges in over 40 countries impacting over 1,100 individuals. *Pioneered over 100 student DEIB/DEIA forums, speaker series, social programs, trainings, and networking at major university to enhance inclusion and belonging. *Improved wellness by adding a counseling clinician in the main academic building, implementing required mental health training for student leaders, and initiating several student wellness programs. *Coordinated with campus partners to create a student crisis plan and case management protocol for on-campus and international emergencies.

*Advised the Social Planning and Events Committee which develops and oversees all major event programming including concerts, prominent speakers series, film series, art gallery exhibits, and high-profile, University traditions such as Spring Fling. *Managed annual budget of $600,000+ and trained students about financial responsibility and accountability, which lead to a three-year budget surplus. *Provided event-planning skills and expertise to undergraduate students and organizations.Reviewed contracts and handled contract negotiations with various artist agencies and lecture bureaus.

*Advised the Student Programming Council which provided community-building events for the students including concerts, speakers, and university traditions. *Co-facilitated a Freshmen Seminar class and conducted academic advising for first year students. *Increased efficiency and overall success of a student led team in charge of university events by revamping and restructuring the organization. *Oversaw all logistics and event details as co-chair of President Jimmy Carter’s Annual Town Hall Meeting.
