Currently, I am an independent director of Nanofilm Technologies International Limited, a Singapore listed company. I am a member of its Audit Committee and the Chairperson of its Remuneration Committee.

Joined Kuok Singapore Limited Group as an in-house tax advisor in 2019, helped mentor and coach the in-house tax team, involved in many restructuring exercises and special projects, advising on direct and indirect tax issues in countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Taiwan, Brunei, Brazil, Mexico, Spain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Netherlands and Ireland.

Retired from EY Singapore as a Business Tax Services Partner, ASEAN in June 2016 after spending about 36 years there. Apart from carrying a portfolio of clients as a Business Tax services lead partner for a corporate tax group in Singapore , I was involved in many management roles ranging from HR, Finance to being the Business Tax Services Leader for Asean, responsible for driving revenue growth, focusing on collections ( including the establishment of a credit controllers division to reduce aging ARs) and grooming and coaching partners across Asean. I was also responsible for Direct Partner hires and new Partners on boarding program for Asean
