To ensure all operational & administrative functions within the Group is managed well and the HR risk is minimized. Key areas of responsibility include ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements for HR Services (Payroll and benefits administration) as well as Employee Health and Safety. The role also oversee the Industrial Relations & Employee Relations function to ensure industrial harmony between Management and staff, Employee Engagement and also Talent Management

Job Summary:- Responsible for developing and implementing HR programmes aligned with Group Human Resources initiatives, focused on HR integrated interventions to support the overall business objectives. Provide hands-on human resource expertise on the full spectrum of HR which includes talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee engagement, industrial relations and performance management.

Job Summary:- Provides strategic human resources leadership; establishes strategies, operational policies, practices and procedures by developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organisation, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organisational and performance management, training and development, Compensation and benefits; and planning, managing, developing, organising, controlling and implementing policies and procedures to meet overall operations strategies, goals and objectives.

Provides strategic human resources leadership; establishes strategies, operational policies, practices and procedures in order to achieve company's objectives and goals by developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organisation, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organisational and performance management, training and development, benefits and compensation; implementing policies and procedures to meet overall operations strategies, goals and objectives. i. Provides Leadership in Developing & Executes Human Resources Strategy • Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision. • Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives. • Function as a strategic business advisor to the Senior Management of each business unit regarding key organizational and management issues. • Work with the company's management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company. • Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals. • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective. • Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits of the group. • Initiate, coordinate, and enforce Human Resources policies, guidelines, procedures and checklist. • Obtain management buy-in on strategic culture and workplace enrichment to ensure continuous improvement in employee satisfaction rate. ii.
