As a photographer specializing in commercial and portrait photography, I am passionate about capturing the unique essence of each subject and creating images that resonate with clients and viewers alike. My work spans a wide range of industries and styles, from fashion and beauty to corporate and lifestyle photography. I also have experience in the product photography field shooting both in my studio as well as on location. As the Director of Talent at Savage Models and Management, I lead and manage the talent department, ensuring that the agency has a strong, diverse, and talented roster of models. My responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for scouting, recruiting, and retaining talent, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the talent department. Some of my key achievements in this role include: Successfully recruiting and retaining a diverse group of models, resulting in increased revenue and a stronger market presence for the agency. Negotiating contracts with clients and models to ensure fair compensation and working conditions, resulting in increased satisfaction and loyalty among both parties. Collaborating with other departments within the agency to ensure the success of the agency and its models, resulting in a more cohesive and effective organization overall. Overall, my experience in talent acquisition and management, combined with my knowledge of the modeling industry, has allowed me to make a significant impact in this role and contribute to the ongoing success of the agency.
