Project Involvement: The Design, Construction and Completion of the Proposed Office Tower Development (UOB Tower 2) at Jalan Raja Laut, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan for UOB Properties (KL) Bhd. Estimated total construction cost at RM450.9M ▫Pre-contract works including preparation of tender documents, cost planning, budget estimates, evaluation of tenders and preparation of sub-contract agreement. ▫Analyse tender received and prepare cost comparison for management to review. ▫Attend final tender interview to assist in concluding procurement of sub-contract. ▫Prepare and update cash flow projection monthly. ▫Liaison with project site management team to clarify and resolve issue arising on cost and contractual matters. ▫Prepare contractual correspondence involving time and cost implications. ▫Assist contract manager in the preparation of EOT, cost claims, project cost analysis and etc. ▫Prepare progress payment for sub-contractors and ensure all payment made tallies with actual work done at site. ▫Plan, monitor and control cost of the project. ▫Assess, negotiate and finalise all project related claims, variation order works and final account.
