I coordinate sales and marketing activities in the pallet wrapping machinery sector for two brands. I am responsible for market analysis, the development of lead generation strategies, and corporate communication on LinkedIn, creating targeted content to strengthen brand identity. I also manage sales performance analysis, work closely with the Technical Department on product communication, and handle relationships with international customers, supporting Sales Management in day-to-day operations.

I am responsible for preparing commercial offers for pallet wrapping machines and supporting customers throughout the sales negotiation process. I manage relationships with international clients, providing assistance with quotations, delivery times, and spare parts orders. I also develop partnerships with new international distributors and handle the company’s LinkedIn communication strategy, creating targeted content to strengthen our brand identity.

I have worked from home in Italian language teaching support as a native speaker with students from U.S. colleges and universities such as: Harvard University, Duke University, University of Southern California, The University of Texas at Austin.

I have carried out activities aimed at asylum seekers. In particular, I focused on providing them guidance and support for the job placement, as well as helping them understand and access the basic services available in the area.

I was in charge of registering customers data, managing orders received from Italian and foreign customers, and translating from Italian to English and Italian to French instruction manuals for parts and accessories for professional kitchens and bar equipment.
