• In charge of setting up electric automotive brand BYD’s retail operations (Sales/Aftersales) under VA. Ensure internal alignment in preparation for product launches. • Developed the company's e-mobility readiness by establishing the ecosystem strategy & roadmap. • Worked closely with internal management on the development of assessment metrics/dashboards for business operations. Led multiple negotiations with different external partners such as BYD Singapore, SP Grp, GoJek, Grab on opportunities & strategic partnerships. • Spearheaded new revenue streams to VA across the whole spectrum of aftersales business. In charge of revenue projection and go-to-market strategy for new projects. • Event Management: OIC for VIP transport operations for IMDEX 2019. Collaborated with government organisations and Experia Events to deliver successful large scale events. Portfolio includes Airshow 2018, IMDEX 2017, SIWW 2016 etc.

• Additional portfolio of being in charge of import/export business for Ford/Peugeot/non-franchise (NFR) parts • Develop pricing strategies based on data analysis and manage a team of 3 to work with local/overseas parts stockists to generate a combined revenue of ~SGD $6.5 million annually.

• Fleet Controller (~600 cars) for Hertz Rent-a-car, a car rental franchisee under Sime Darby Services. In charge of the Department's P&L, fleet's lifecycle management, vendors and contracts management, aftersales support & CRM.
