Leat's Responsibilities:  Manage and meet with existing and new clients.  Draft and Review various corporate Agreements, including but not limited to Power of Attorney, Sale of Business, Shareholders, Sale of Shares, Subscription, Buy and Sell, Resolutions, Joint Venture, Members Interest, Service Level, Employment, Management Fee, Executive and Restraint, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Supplier, Independent Contractor Agreement, Subcontractor, Agency, Memorandum of Incorporation, Sale of Property, Sale of Land, Rental, Distribution Agreements, Cession, Credit Applications, Acknowledgement of Debt, Loan, Re-seller, Website Terms and Conditions, Usage, Ante nuptial Contracts and Settlement.  Draft and Review various Legal Letters, including but not limited to Letter of Demands, Section 129 Letters, Undue Enrichment, Defamation and Misrepresentation Letters.  Court Documents: From Summons to Trial including various Notices and Affidavits.  Dispute Resolution Chamber – Submissions and Applications.  Client billing.  Managing client accounts and communicating with clients.
