Leading the "IANuvem" Program, a flagship initiative in Latin America's Digital Transformation landscape, characterized by an annual data generation exceeding 1000TB. My role involves steering the company towards prosperity through pioneering Data, Cloud, and AI solutions. These innovations enhance subsea operational efficiency, mitigate costs and risks, and unveil novel business paradigms crucial for navigating the challenges of energy transition and carbon reduction: • Coordinating a set of interrelated digital projects with total Return on Investment (ROI) over 50; • Engaging with key stakeholders across the entire Oil and Gas value chain: cloud infrastructure providers, subsea service providers, internal stakeholders (operational clients, data analysts, IT, research center), risk & classification societies, governmental regulatory agencies and academia; • Improving plans for delivery by driving best practices in the project management protocol for risk mitigation, cost, time, quality, resources and business value creation. Extensive use of PMBOK best practices and Agile project management methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum and Kanban. • Providing financial reports, budget outlines, schedules, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objective Key Results (OKRs) to high-level Executives; • Recognized ability for driving digital change, excellent presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship building skills, across all levels of management

In charge of providing crucial support to mining companies by facilitating the expedited delivery of critical information, frequent updates on production progress and forecasts, and risk reduction through the integration of digital technologies. Additionally, aiding governmental institutions and non-profit organizations in mapping, classifying, and forecasting areas susceptible to geological risks, all in alignment with the overarching mission of preserving lives, time, and financial resources. • Streamlining aerial surveying and mapping processes by leveraging unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), achieving speeds 30 times faster and costs 200 times lower compared to traditional techniques; • Optimizing mining supply chain management, stockpile management, and production inventory tracking; • Mitigating human risks associated with inspections and optimizing drill and blast planning procedures.

Led a team of 11 professionals tasked with the project maintenance of the flagship vessels of UNIFIL (United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon) Maritime Task Force, a cornerstone of the Brazilian Navy's peacekeeping efforts: • Demonstrated adeptness in comprehending the operational styles of team members and fostering productive team-client relationships. Proficiently navigated team dynamics and adapted behavior to achieve success, while also recognizing and accommodating environmental or cultural nuances. • Exhibited a proven capacity to assume ownership, perform under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines.
