Appointed to lead special project by Managing Director of Accenture Knowledge Services to re-imagine core op model processes, standards and governance for Accenture’s approach to Knowledge Management. This effort included a complete re-design of the function's performance measurement framework, including KPI's & targets.

Temporarily served as Team lead (in addition to existing responsibilities) when Director was on medical leave. Led team of 40 people across ~4 countries managing Accenture’s internal knowledge sharing system. Designed enhanced processes, standards, tools, governance & controls for Knowledge Management Transformation (involved evolving to using Ai-Based knowledge platforms and enhanced UX). *Received “Distinctive Achievement” recognition in FY22 performance cycle as top performing Sr. Manager in group

Appointed as Industry Knowledge Group lead for four different knowledge. These teams were responsible for managing knowledge and content needs of Accenture's global Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, and Natural Resources industry group consulting practices. I took on this role in addition to existing my full time role as Lead for Knowledge Services Governance & Analytics Lead.

Directly supported Global Energy Strategy Consulting Lead and Global Utilities Strategy Consulting Lead and respective executive leadership teams (as well as additional practice leads, industry segment leads, function leads, Business Ops, HR Lead, Marketing Lead) to drive strategic business priorities and develop core assets and offerings. Performed Biz Ops activities including drafting funding requests, asset investment forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Developed ops reports on practice revenue, profitability, chargeability, sales pipeline.

Business Strategy Manager for multiple projects in Canada and the US. Clients included Canadian Integrated Energy Companies, International Oil Companies, and Supermajors. The scope of this work was very broad including: Enterprise Performance Management, Finance transformations, Process Improvement, Governance and Standards Design, Capital & Project Governance Design, Operating Model Design, Behavioral Change, Culture Change, Change Management, Business Case Assessments, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Discovery, Internal Asset Development, Workshop Design and Facilitation, etc.

While working full-time at Accenture, I completed a Master of Laws in Energy and Infrastructure Law. The program provided insight into the policies, players, and stakes involved in this complex area. The merging interests in this area of law touch upon social, political and environmental issues. My course work focused on energy regulation and public utility concepts, competition theory, resource efficiency efforts, social responsibility and environmental issues, integrated infrastructure planning, and public and private partnerships.
