I strive to create modern training related to both technical and procedural tasks for multiple clients. This training is designed to be delivered via Instructor Led Training (in person and remotely), as well as self paced and microlearning modules.

I perform a variety of roles, both to internal and external customers. The majority of my workload is Tier 3 Technical Support and Lab Prime to an Avaya Multi-Media IVR system. This requires knowledge of Solaris and Windows based Operating systems, as well as database functions and telephony. I also perform SME duties for our Knowledge Base with mentoring and coaching as needed. I have also filled in as Trainer and Process Mapper, detailed before: I also use Procedure Flow to map and maintain new and current processes used by a variety of products and roles. Additionally, I provide training on the following tool used for Support Tickets to all new employees in a Technical Support Role as well as the Case Distribution system we use.
