★ Established the Continuous Improvement Unit at Tork, a company that manufactures solenoid valves, actuators, natural gas fluid control products, measurement control products and ball valves. ★ Lean Transformation Program initiated with my continuous improvement team. ★ Asakai and Oobeya culture were adapted. ★ Assembly cells were established. ★ Machining cells were established. ★ One piece flow provided. ★ Pull system was started with Kanban. ★ More than 15 manufacturing cells have been established. ★ SMED, 5S, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, Value Stream Mapping, Lean Agile Management, Standard work, Andon, A3, Visual Management, etc. lean production tools were applied. ★ Digital Transformation Program initiated. ★ ERP and MES system integration was made. Data visualization was achieved with PowerBI. Asakai task assignment board was digitized with Monday software. ★ Data mining studies such as customer segmentation were carried out. ★ Work order reporting has been automated with the Barcode ID structure. ★ With the Andon system, office employees were integrated into the field. ★ The lean office approach and agile management approach were adapted to operational units. ★ IOT works were carried out by adapting test devices and automated production systems. ★ Remarkable gains were achieved following these developments. ★ We won 6 different awards for our company from "The Ministry of Industry and Technology", "Turkish Exporters Assembly" and "Kocaeli Chamber of Industry" for the lean transformation & digitalization program. ★ Since 2022, I have been giving the "Lean Production and Management Practices" course to trainees at the Tork factory on behalf of Istanbul Technical University Continuing Education Center. I am happy to have taken Tork company to these levels with the transformation program I initiated.

★ I was responsible for the sales operations of over 1000 active customers in this company that produces and sells industrial fluid control products. ★ Unlike production and project, this job role gave me a better understanding of the customer perspective. ★ I developed my extrovert skills. This job role, which allowed me to express myself better, had a great contribution to my future career.

★ A company that produces industrial kitchen equipment. There are production lines in the form of assembly and machining. As a project engineer, I was carrying out the drawing, bidding, installation and collection processes of small or large customer industrial kitchen projects. I was managing the operations in this process, which had many stages, according to customer requirements.

★ A company that has both machining and assembly processes. They produce industrial type fruit presses and sink taps. I created end-to-end value stream maps for their 2 best-selling products. I completed spaghetti diagrams and method studies. Then I did assembly line balancing work. Most recently, I made a presentation to the company's senior management about the benefits of the new type of assembly cells that I simulated in the Arena program. This project, which I did when I was a student, contributed greatly to my future career.

★ It was a company that manufactured train wagons. I conducted time and method studies on the production processes of Bulgarian type wagon doors and presented my improvement suggestions during this short internship period.

★ I am learning various artificial intelligence tools in artificial intelligence engineering graduate education. ★ Artificial neural networks, digital image processing, natural language processing, internet of things, deep learning, machine learning, data mining, advanced robotic systems are some of these. ★ I started my master's degree in this field, thinking that I could contribute to the literature, especially with the combination of lean and agile management approach and artificial intelligence. It is a training that will contribute to the digitalization stages.

★ I received my industrial engineering education in English. During my university years, I took part in both software projects and factory transformation projects. My interest in lean production and artificial intelligence started at that time.
