My main responsibilities include: Transportation and Distribution Coordination: Overseeing transportation operations, ensuring route optimization, on-time delivery, and the safe transport of equipments, with an emphasis on minimizing damages and logistics costs. Inventory and Warehousing Management: Implementing strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels and improve warehousing processes, including the use of technology for real-time tracking and control. Demand and Production Planning: Collaborating with production and sales teams to align logistics with market demand, ensuring timely deliveries and minimizing stockouts or overstock situations. Team Management: Leading a cross-functional logistics team, focusing on skills development, continuous training, and process improvement. Supplier and Partner Negotiations: Negotiating with logistics service providers, transporters, and third-party operators to secure the best pricing and quality for contracted services. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Implementing continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Process Management to increase operational efficiency and reduce waste.

- Management of national and international projects for the Automotive Industries markets. - Cross coordination of information between Schuler's areas and client. - Orientation for the development of strategies to achieve project goals, ensuring the scope and integrity of the project in order to maximize results. - Support the sales and budget areas in the elaboration of additional project offers.

- Temporary work due to the large volume of overload in the areas of welding and machining in the year 2016. - Responsible for the development of new suppliers, negotiation and purchase of items of great value added to the project. - Monitoring/follow-up of the team responsible for the project at the supplier.

- Management of national and international projects for the Oil & Gas, Wind Energy, Hydro Energy and Automotive Industries markets. - Cross coordination of information between Schuler's areas and client. - Orientation for the development of strategies to achieve project goals, ensuring the scope and integrity of the project in order to maximize results. - Support the sales and budget areas in the elaboration of additional project offers.

- Coordination of the SGI team and Management Representative, responsible for contact with customers and certifying and government agencies. - Implementation and coordination of Lean Manufacturing in the Factory area. - KPI administration of performance and goal setting of the company, implementation and creation of computerized tool for management of indicators with significant reduction of time with search of data and gain in the analysis of KPI, significantly improving the result of the company. - Lead Auditor, responsible for the development of the schedule, audit plan and execution of audits.

- Chemical analysis of non-ferrous materials (Aluminum), creation of standards (Casting, Drawing, Extrusion and chemical products), Elaboration of Securities of Securities (FISPQ), Validation and Homologation of products and processes, Test of chemical products to establish expiration dates . - Training of employees in procedures used in the system. - Quality tools implementation: FMEA, PAPP, 5S housekeeping, Ishikawa, MASP, 5 Whys, 5W 2H, Pareto Diagram, APQP, PDCA, 8D and other quality tools.
