Responsible for reconciliation and compliance of tax books (Income Taxes and VAT). Support to audits and Federal, State and Municipal inspections for companies in the group.

Tax, Labor and Social security due diligence in M&A transactions. Analysis of direct taxes compliance and exposures calculation.
