Leandro Scomazzon

Career Leandro Scomazzon spent the most of his “working life” into “motorcycles business” His career had been linked to the story of the company Aprilia, the Italian motorcycle manufacturer. He joined Aprilia in 1973 when it was a small company of 26 employees, in 2004 the turnover was 600 million Euro with 1500 employees. He grow up his multitasking knowledge thanks to the opportunity of working together skilled consultants for Finance, Cost Control and Total Quality in close contact with the Entrepreneur . As Controller he had experience also in other different business as furniture, clothing and eyewear of the same Holding Group Company. In 1990 become member of the Board of Director of Aprilia and from 1996 to 2004 was CEO of the Company. He was also CEO of Moto Guzzi (from 2000 to 2005) and Laverda (from 2002 to 2004), two motorcycle companies owned by Aprilia. In 2005 he left Aprilia group and started his entrepreneurial activity with his own company MO&TO, as consultant and shareholder for “power generators”, “renewable energy”, “fashion clothes” and “motorcycles” business.
