 This position is in charge of a team of 4 local buyers and 4 international negotiators.  Reporting to the Procurement, Contracts & Logistics Director, the main duties and responsibilities are: - Implementation & Development of the Procurement policies. - Implementation of the Procurement Monthly Report. - Close working with the end users teams in order to assure the scopes of works and supply are clearly defined and include the necessary technical documentation in order the suppliers may offer their best bid. - Supervision of the negotiators team work.  The main equipments & services are : - Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation spare parts and new supplies for the INCREASE WATER HANDLING 1 Project. - Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation spare parts and new supplies for the INFILL Project. - Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation spare parts and new supplies for the annual SHUTDOWN. - Supply and installation of spare parts and new equipments of compressors, electrical motors for the compressors, ball valves, control valves, butterfly valves, check valves, electrical cable, pumps, - Inspection services - Fire fighting equipments - Supply of chemical products for the Exploitation area. - Drilling equipments and its spare parts - Office supplies, IT&T supplies and services.

 Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the main duties and responsibilities are: • Selection and homologation process of the suppliers and contractors appropriated to perform the required scope of works and supply required, including civil, electrical, mechanical, process and instrumentation areas assuring the best-value purchasing and the capability to execute the works and supply the materials. • To prepare and launching the Request For Quotation for Bidders and the Suppliers Document for Bid. • To manage the technical, commercial & contractual clarification phases. • Pushing to obtain the technical evaluations and executing the commercial evaluation of the technical approved bids (bet cost/price, delivery period, incoterm and payment terms). • Final negotiation with the short listed bidders at commercial and contractual level. • To prepare the Purchase Order and Contracts agreed accordingly, in order to be signed by the Project Manager.  The main equipments & services are : Supply and installation of spare parts and new equipments of compressors, electrical motors for the compressors, ball valves, control valves, butterfly valves, check valves, electrical cable, pumps,

• Reporting to the Procurement & Conctracts Director, this position is focused on the execution of equipment purchases with a Purchasing volume managed of 5 Million € for CAPEX operations related to robotic welding installations, machinery, molds and projects for the current plants in Navarra and Alcalá de Henares, plus the new facilities.

• Reporting to the CAPEX Procurement & Contracts Manager, this position is focused on the execution of equipment purchases with a Purchasing volume managed as per every project = Cairo Montenotte mill (Italy)= 20 Million €; Alcanar slags mill (refurbishment) (Spain) = 15 Million €; Escombreras cement plant (Cartagena, Spain) = 10 Million €; Andorra new cement plant (Teruel, Spain) = 5 Million €. • The main duties and responsibilities are : Contracts negotiation : payment terms, price lists, delivery dates, Bank Guarantees, Liabilities, Assigment, Insurances, Guarantee, etc … • The main equipments & services managed are : A forced tubular exchanger, filter for the cooler with its fan and drive equipment, filter for the oven with its fan and drive equipment, packaging lines, conveyors, filters, civil works, electrical installations – Medium and Low tension, hammer crusher, jaw crusher, impact crusher and cone crusher, rotary drum dryers, rotary cooler, cement separator, conveyor belts, bag filters, etc …
