This was a summer job in which I gained my first experience in the food industry. I served customers, did some food prep, and performed daily cleaning tasks. Food safety and sanitation were very important. (May-August 2012 and May-August 2014)

I started working at my family's business at age 10 and have gained experience in customer service, retail, social media, and inventory management.

I serve customers, prepare food and clean. My responsibilities also include keeping allergens, such as gluten and peanuts, separate from main food preparation areas. I have gained a lot of experience in large scale food service from this position.

I lead ordering and inventory control, prepare food for assisted living residents, keep kitchen and storage areas maintained, create and update breakfast & dessert menus and communicate with the adjacent facility about the status of the food service departments.
