- Assisted in last minute preparation before the show - Arranging last minute set ups while working with the team to do this efficiently and effectively - Managing guests and guiding them to available standing areas

Assisting in PR and showroom operations for the company’s clients. - Creating press pulls for sample loans - recording what’s being logged and when they will be returned while ensuring stylists/influencers receive loans on time. - Managing returns - making sure items are returned with follow up emails, inspections and noting of any missing items or damages. - Visual merchandising - assisting in showroom merchandising to maintain a polished showroom presentation ready for press/stylist visits. - Checking in samples - receiving new collections from our clients, making sure they are logged, tagged and organised. - Contributing to events - assisting in the set up, greeting guests and ensuring a smooth process. - Cooperating with account managers - helping with influencer gifting/seeding, generating guest lists and sending out invites for events.
