Built Orderful's channel partner program from zero; recruitment, onboarding, enablement. Grew channel revenue from 14% to 70%+ of total company revenue, making the channel the primary growth engine for the business. Forged strategic partnerships with platforms like NetSuite, Shopify, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, and Odoo, and developed GTM playbooks with each partner to drive real, measurable results. Led all partner agreement negotiations, setting the foundation for long-term, high-trust relationships.
