Leah Kraskin, MBA
Founder @ Med Growth Media
About
I founded Med Growth Media to help medical brands and independent physicians use social media to build authority, trust, and meaningful relationships with patients before they ever step into their first appointment. My vision is to help healthcare providers reach their audiences in a way that feels human and clear, so they can build stronger connections that ultimately lead to better care for our communities and improved patient lives. I work closely with practices on content creation, copywriting, campaign strategy, and performance tracking to turn social media into something intentional, consistent, and actually impactful. Before starting Med Growth Media, I worked across healthcare administration, operations, and marketing in a variety of roles that shaped how I think about both systems and patient care. My experience ranged from administrative and coordination roles in clinical settings to program and account management work supporting large-scale healthcare initiatives, with a consistent focus on improving operations, strengthening client relationships, and supporting growth through thoughtful marketing and communication. I hold both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Redlands, where I graduated with high honors. I bring together my background in healthcare marketing with a founder’s mindset focused on connection and clarity, to help medical practices show up in a way that truly reflects the care they provide.
