On the Acute Care Unit, I assisted a treatment team of psychiatrists and nurses in making the best placement decisions for individuals who had been admitted to FCCC’s inpatient unit. These individuals met criteria which included: being suicidal, homicidal or gravely disabled. I was responsible for linking these individuals with appropriate resources for smooth transition upon their discharge to target recidivism. These links included therapy, support groups, medical appointments, and housing placements.

As Associate to the VP, I was able to assist with many projects, which included creating an in-house employee database and tracking/trouble shooting absenteeism trends. I implemented compliance initiatives which resulted in the successful Joint Commission re-accreditation for the organization. I also assisted in leading LMH through benefits re-enrollment and partnered with both the CFO and CEO in choosing a supplemental insurance provider.

As Area Coach, I am directly responsible for the operational and financial success of the restaurants within my District. Accountabilities include: guest service, margin improvement and employee satisfaction, maintaining company standards in food safety, product and facility specifications, allocating capital budgets to meet highest priority facility needs, introducing and reinforcing new company products and initiatives, and selecting, training, developing and motivating managerial employees.

I drive profitability through driving top-line sales, executing merchandising strategies, proper expense management, and facilitating team development. My district/regional influence included the following: HR Market Resource, Business College Advisor, Executive Recruitment, and LEADership Academy Assessor.

Directed Oaklawn's Supported Employment program, networking with HR managers and recruiters in order to link individuals with disabilities with successful job placements. Ensured/audited case notes and files to ensure proper Medicaid documentation. Successfully obtained $100,000 in NAP credits/state grants to support program growth.
