Provide overall clinical supervision and oversight of service delivery of 50-60 consumers. Provide clinical guidance and support in developing interventions and supervision of team members. Provide direct supervision to all staff both in the office and in the field. Teach and model clinical interventions, strength based strategies and ensure services are culturally competent. Complete all intakes of new consumers, complete required assessments, obtain authorizations, complete crisis plans and coordinate aspects of consumer admission according to agency and DMH policies. In collaboration with the consumer and staff members, develop IAP’s (Individualized Action Plans) for each consumer that are strength based. Ensure that the IAP is consumer centered and fully inclusive of the consumer’s preferences.

* Daily individual treatment with adolescents 13-18 years old. Diagnostic presentations included, Pervasive Developmental Disorders, ADHD, Mood Disorders, and Major Depressive Disorder. * 2x/weekly family therapy sessions; systems meetings with collateral treatment providers as needed.

* Ensure all CP teams are providing comprehensive and timely enrollment and are maintaining appropriate communication with EOHHS, ACOs, MCOs, community partners in regards to enrollee assignments. * Ensure that CP services are coordinated and are overseeing all care coordination related services for all engaged enrollees. * Ensure that CP teams are working with enrollees proactively to coordinate supports to increase wellness and community tenure.

* inpatient child/adol. psychiatric unit: * Daily individual therapy for youth (ages 8-19) using multiple interventions. 2x-3x/weekly family therapy sessions alongside clinical supervisor. * Stabilization, teaching coping skills, constant contact with multiple collateral agencies (including DMH, DCF and DMR).

* Oversee all administrative functions of team and oversight of services for all consumers. Monitor overall service delivery and utilization of supports for 125+ consumers. * Ensure that program/teams are coordinating and overseeing all case management related services for consumers in their programs. * Provide leadership, support and clinical guidance to all staff. Assist all staff in developing sound clinical judgment and using skills to effectively respond to consumer needs.
