In this role, I managed all aspects of talent acquisition across multiple functional groups in the U.S. and globally. I served as the subject matter expert for recruiting niche engineering talent and expatriates, while also supporting the development of consistent TA practices worldwide. Key areas of focus included: Global Talent Acquisition Strategy: Drove process standardization efforts across regions, including the development of defined hiring practices and candidate communication standards Specialized & High-Volume Hiring: Led major initiatives including college recruiting, pan-European recruitment, expatriate hiring, and large-scale government contract support Candidate Experience & Programs: Designed and globally implemented a standardized approach to candidate communications and co-led the launch of a global Employee Referral Program Systems Implementation: Supported the testing and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors globally, serving as a key partner in system adoption and process alignment Cross-Functional Collaboration: Represented Talent Acquisition in global, cross-functional meetings to align hiring with broader business needs

In this role, I was responsible for B2B sales and marketing of Aerotek’s service lines, with a focus on delivering staffing solutions within the power generation industry—including fossil and combined cycle, transmission and distribution, nuclear, and utility-grade renewable energy. Key areas of focus included: Client Development: Built and managed relationships with clients across the power generation sector to deliver tailored workforce solutions Sales & Marketing Strategy: Led go-to-market efforts for staffing services, aligning offerings with industry-specific needs and market trends Recruiter Development: Trained, managed, and coached recruiters through strategic goal setting, performance management, and development planning to ensure high-quality, timely delivery
