As the Dealer Principal I was responsible for the Day to Day operations of the dealership. I worked hands on with all the New and Used Car departments including the Service department, Parts department , CRM and DMS Systems . Customer Service and Staff moral was always at the top of my daily job duties. Customer retention and community involvement was at the top of our goals to achieve as we were new the community and where creating long term relationships . In this role I was responsible for but not limited to over seeing inventory, ordering , parts inventory, warranty and service shop productivity and overall financial wellness of the dealership. I enjoyed every minute of it .

As the General Manager I was responsible for all staff personal and the over all financial responsibilities of the dealership. That included but is not limited to Forecasting, Schedules , Retention, CX , Parts and Service and the entire Sales and F&I Departments working along side our Accounting Department . In that time I was able to bring in well trained and eager staff to take the company to the next level . Opening up a second location that I was Dealer Principal and Managing partner.

As the only Finance Manager for over 2 years I was responsible for all deal transactions. Pre- approvals for sub-prime applications and prime credit transactions . Paper work, Funding , Service Contracts , Banking , BOS , Closing out of deals , Incentives . My role was, but not limited to taking payments , Manufacture receivables, selling products such as Warranty, Insurance, Rust Protection and Gap Insurance. We as a company held awards for top SDA finance penetration and top 25 % of Domestic Warranty Penetration . This trained me in many different departments such as Accounting, Part and Service that than gave me the opportunity to move in to the General Manager Role.

Sales representative , helping customers match there needs and wants with the payment they had in mind. Putting customer satisfaction first. Product knowledge, customer experience and team player were always my top priority.
