Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients and Lead Team. Working for USA & Canada both with multiple clients like Synechron, Birlasoft, HCL, BOA, State of New York, State of new Jersey, Citi Bank, Morgan Stanley etc. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. Sourcing from Job Portals Like (Ceipal, and company data base) Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, US Visas, etc. Responsible to work on Contract & Permanent positions. Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement. Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs. Review job orders and employment applications to match applicants with job requirements Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting firms or employee referrals. Select job applicants, confirm their qualifications and refer them to hiring managers, making recommendations when appropriate. Interview job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, job skills, training and education, and inform them of the position’s duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions.

Worked closely with the Account Manager, and taking care of the complete lifecycle of recruitment, including vetting of candidates via calls, scheduling technical interviews, salary or rate negotiations, employee referrals to verifying credentials and successful closures. Specialized in sourcing, headhunting and recruiting the best talent across USA. Worked mostly on Contract, Contract to hire positions and interacting with the US Citizens and GC holders for the opportunities on W2 and 1099. Working on IT requirements like Data Engineer, Data Architect, Network Engineer, Database Admin, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, QA Tester etc. for implementation client HCL, ICS, Persistent. Thorough knowledge of the recruiting process from sourcing to recruiting for different employment types including W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099 for U.S. Citizens, GC, H1-B, TN-1, and EAD holders. Followed-up with the candidate till offer letter to deliver the candidate at client location (follow up for document, drug test report, joining date, etc.). Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

Barauni Thermal Power Station is located in Begusarai district in the state of Bihar, India. It is a major power plant in the region and plays a crucial role in meeting the electricity needs of Bihar. The power station is operated by the National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), which is a government-owned power generation company in India. roles and responsibility;- Monitor and analyze the quality of coal and other inputs. Ensure adherence to quality standards in the power generation process. Collaborate with suppliers to maintain consistent quality of fuel. Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment. Conduct safety training for plant personnel. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and machinery. Perform repairs and replacements of worn or faulty components. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities.
