About

I have more than 10 years’ experience as an organizer and developer in non-profit organizations. I am excited to see people happy because they are learning, changing their lives for the better, and living in a better environment. It is my life’s work: sharing my knowledge, listening and learning, and finding solutions. Here are a few of my diverse skills and accomplishments: * In my role as the country coordinator for a non-profit organization, I delegated and organized coaching with six local associations to help them to implement their project and achieve their goals. In the end, they were able to maintain grants, attract sub-grants, and obtain new grants – which greatly improved the lives of clients in Education, Food security, Environment, Child Rights. * I organized a workshop to build a participatory strategic plan, and I collaborated with partners to develop monitoring and evaluation systems to build consensus and avert problems. * As a specialist in program management and proposal development competing for EU funding, I helped an organization attract funds for a major project. * As a training developer, I helped local associations save time and money by creating a technical training program instead of engaging a consultant. In one week, I mastered the module, built a syllabus for “Programming Based on Child Rights,” and trained association representatives. * I developed and delivered a module for organizational and institutional diagnosis for six local associations. The results were so very impressive it was used for countries in Africa. The module and workshop were further adapted to all of my International NGO. * I developed a means of digital data collection to ease the analysis of information and centralize data, and to avoid the dangers of data collection in some inaccessible areas of Burkina Faso. Language: English, French, African local language SKILLS: Data collection, analysis, and evaluation. Strategic planning. Motivation. Commitment to excellence. Project management. Monitoring and evaluation. Digital data collection. Persistence. Team leadership and participation. Grant and proposal writing. Agile /Scum Methodology.
