Multiple leadership roles: President, Vice President Education, Treasurer, clubs Coach, mentor, Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) since July 2020, Toastmaster Ouaga Baobab Club. Skills: leadership, public communication, body language, coaching and mentoring, training, event organizing, non profit fundraising.

I accurately and consistently select consumer grocery items, fill and complete orders for assigned customers on time. I communicate professionally with customers regarding replacement of missing items and coordination of order drop off to customers. Each month I accurately participate in the store inventory.

I actively contributed to development of the GEF Small Grant Programme’s Country Strategy plan. The committee determined the program priorities based on the goals of the Global Environment Facility. I analyzed different projects of local associations and supported the implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans.

I led the office of the Swiss NGO Terre des Hommes in Burkina Faso and managed a team of five people, I coordinated project Team leaders of eight local organizations. I led the country program strategy process and oversaw implementation. I managed and mentored the project team in project design, proposal writing, implementation and M&E. I facilitated training courses on Results-Based Management, Monitoring &Evaluation in the PCM (Program Cycle Management), Keeping Children Safe (KCS), children’s rights-based programming, and children and youths’ participation in project implementation. I organized and led evaluations with children and youth to assess program impact on education, food safety, child protection and child participation. I developed proposals with partners and the headquarters to raise funds. I oversaw financial and material resources. I led evaluation workshops with groups of children on their perception of child labor for the advocacy campaign Time to Talk with NGOs Kindernothilfe and TdH Germany.

I oversaw program implementation and the monitoring and evaluation of local partner projects in Burkina Faso. I wrote and reviewed donor reports.

AGRINOVIA/ University of Ouagadougou, Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso Master’s Program of the ‘Training and Research Unit for Human Science’ (TRU/HS) dedicated to training more than 20 professional students in innovation and rural development. Main public university in Burkina, renamed in 2015 ● Taught two modules: “Evaluation of the impacts of farmer innovation on the living conditions of local communities" and "Role of actors in the process of farmer innovation". ● Led two visits with students to two villages to practice with farmers to achieve the learning goals.

I led the development of projects/programs and budgets, monitored and reported on program management in collaboration with the thematic managers. I also evaluated and monitored performance indicators, established the monitoring system and produced donor reports. I analyzed the farmer organization action research projects and successfully developed proposals for government and foundation partners including the European Union.

I supported communities participating in development projects implemented by the Research & Counseling Office dedicated to helping rural people in Burkina Faso, funded by The French Agency for Development, The French Facility for Global Environment (FFEM), and the Government of Burkina Faso. I supported the communities in their development process: I informed and sensitized local populations on a participatory approach to local development, supported the process to identify, design, plan and write up community-based projects. I worked with the community to monitor projects, supported implementation and evaluated the impact on the rural population..

I promoted in schools, education through books for children, adolescents and young people using the magazine edited by ‘Bayard Presse’, I promoted the magazine during the book fairs and organized meeting to engage students in middle schools in Ouagadougou with at least 50 children per session to create a taste for reading. I also created and managed a partnership with the Ministry of Education, focused on basic education, with schools’ directors and teachers. I collected and sent data, testimonies and children's life stories to the head office in France.
