Support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team by optimising leadership time, coordinating complex diaries and keeping priorities running smoothly. Coordinate board and leadership governance, including agendas, board papers and relationships with Trustees and Directors, to enable effective decision-making and oversight. Lead planning and delivery of key Foundation events such as Town Halls, Awards Foundation Day and end-of-year engagements, ensuring smooth execution and strong internal engagement. Develop and maintain high-quality materials, research and data insights for presentations and communications, while providing logistical and administrative support across travel, expenses and cross-functional projects from the Office of the CEO.

Being a licensed financial advisor, my primary objective is to build more and stronger relationships with clients. - Look into clients’ current and previous portfolios using information from account statements and other clients’ disclosures and executes both quantitative and qualitative analysis; - Carry out recommended allocation and reallocation strategies incorporating the clients’ status and preferences with GL Capital Partner’s idea of optimal market portfolio; - Provide presentations and walk-throughs of the key analysis findings and allocation or reallocation recommendations to the concerned senior client advisor (relaying the discussed analysis to the clients) - Conducts research for ongoing projects and improvements - Participates in the trade idea generation
