REPLICATE Dental Technologies is a dental technology and services company with a disruptive system for replacing non-functional teeth with anatomically shaped prostheses rather than surgical dental implants. As a co-founder and CEO I developed the company from a concept into a functioning medical device company that manufactures mass-customized medical devices in Berlin, Germany. Responsible for raising capital, organizational development, managing cash, internal process development and management, business development, branding and marketing and public speaking/presenting at conferences as the representative for the company.

Worked with my Lingualcare co-founder to form the company, develop a strategic plan and raise start-up capital prior to joining the company as a co-founder and CEO.

After selling Lingualcare to 3M I remained as President of the operating unit, serving on the management operating committee of the 3M Unitek division and managing the integration of the Lingualcare business with 3M Unitek and TOP Service, a German company acquired by Unitek in 2008. Managed sales and marketing integration of the Incognito System into 3M's product set.
