Collect, follow customer order and shipment schedule. Daily meeting with all departments to ensure no issues prevent production plan completed Finalize the production schedule, shift working and overtime. Input customer demand into production plan and prepare work orders. Response to customer the actual production schedule to update the new shipping schedule. Spread the most production plan to all departments. Weekly report production result and compare of changing plan.

Daily check and compare material stock with production plan. Request warehouse to check actual quantity which is wasted within machine mounting process. Monitor any differences of production plan caused fail delivery plan. Warn production control team the shortage materials in adjusting production plan Finalize shortage materials and confirm to issue PO of new materials Quickly update and share new delivery plan to all departments.
